Harmony at home
This area of my blog is like my kitchen, where the members of my family spend the most time. One of my greatest desires is that my home would be a peaceful place, a refuge from the crazy of the world. Part of that peace for me is finding the harmony of life with the other members of my family who are so different from me. My husband and children are not just like me, but God has placed us together in this place called Family and Home, and it is in the crucible of our home that we have the greatest opportunity to practice the "one another" passages of the Scriptures.
Honestly, few things have revealed my own weaknesses and need for growth than being a wife and mom. These posts share some of those moments from my life, especially with my children, and what God is teaching me through them. This is also where I share my thoughts and insights on peaceful and practical homemaking, as I seek that harmony on a daily basis.
